Brexit March Update

On Tuesday 13th March I voted against the House of Lords’ amendments to the European Union (Notification of Withdrawal) Bill. I did this for the same reason I decided to reject similar amendments in the House of Commons.

Southern Rail Customer Compensation

The Government has announced that Southern rail passengers are to be repaid the equivalent of a month's travel for the extrordinary disruption they have suffered. This is something I discussed with the Minister when I met him last week.

Local Residents' Association Meeting in Parliament

Yesterday in the House of Commons I held a meeting for our local Residents Associations to discuss local issues and concerns with me. It was a great meeting with a very constructive discussion.
