Taking care of our local environment is one of my top priorities.

We are lucky to live in a beautiful and peaceful area in London, with many fantastic green spaces.

December strikes on South Western Railway services

Today is the first day of strike action by the RMT, which will affect many people in Wimbledon, Raynes Park and Motspur Park. You can find details of the revised SW Rail timetable here.

A Strong Economy

A strong economy is essential for our country’s future.

With economic growth under the Conservatives, we can ensure stable public finances (so we can invest in our public services), and deliver a high wage, highly skilled, productive workforce.

Investing in our local transport links

Good local transport services benefit residents, businesses and the environment.

Thousands of you rely on the smooth running of our trains, buses and trams on a daily basis. Transport is not only an essential service, it is key to our local and national economy.

Supporting Small Businesses

While we have achieved much together, I am ambitious for our area and want to make it an even better place to live, with more investment in the NHS, police and schools. This can only be delivered with a strong economy.

I'm fighting for our NHS

Since I was elected in 2005, one of my top priorities has been to fight for improvements to our health services. We are all proud of our NHS and admire the fantastic work its staff do every single day.

The Withdrawal Agreement

Update - Tuesday 22nd October

This evening I voted for the second reading of the Withdrawal Bill and for the programme motion. I did this to fulfil my promise to stop No Deal, to see if this deal has support in the House of Commons and to allow amendments to be debated.
