RMT Strike Action - 21st/23rd/25th June

Thursday, 16 June, 2022

I am angered and disappointed that so many of my constituents will be inconvenienced by this wholly unnecessary strike. Even at this late stage, I urge the RMT to sit down with employers, call off the strike, and find a solution. The RMT’s actions are irresponsible, threaten jobs, and will cause misery for many.

I have attached here the link to the SWR strike plans so that local residents can see what services are likely to be running next week. I am disappointed to say that SWR have decided to not run services from Raynes Park or Motspur Park on strike days.
